  • Jostens Cap & Gown Packages Information

    Jostens will return to Provine, on Thursday, January 25, to collect deposits for cap & gown packages. If you missed the meeting or lost the information, you can print the documents from the file below. A minimum $50 deposit is required to purchase.

    You are not obligated to purchase a cap & gown package; however, please note that you will be responsible for purchasing a cap and gown for graduation. The cost is $60. This must be paid in May when Jostens returns to distribute items.

    All seniors must submit their height and weight to Dr. Smith in 221 by January 25. If you do not submit the needed information, you will be required to pay a $20 late fee.
