Ms. Johnson is a proud product of 猛料原创 Public School District. She received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Music with an Emphasis in Vocal Performance from Tougaloo College. Ms. Johnson resides in 猛料原创, MS, with her son and family who are all products of 猛料原创 Public School District. She has recently received Level I Orff Schulwerk Certification from 猛料原创 State University, and will be receiving the next certification for Level II this summer.

She has 8 years of teaching experience within the 猛料原创 Public School District  and has served in many roles including ELA academic tutor,  Third grade ELA Limited-Service Teacher, and Fourth grade Science Limited-Service Teacher. Ms. Johnson is currently serving as a Certified Music Teacher and Performance Arts Director at Johnson Elementary School where she has been there for the past 3 years and loves every minute of it.

I love teaching, especially music and ELA because knowing how to read can open many doors for our bright scholars, and if I can also get the scholar to love music and the opportunities that it brings, that would make my heart smile.  My hope for my scholars is that they will be equipped with the adequate tools I have given them to be successful in life and give back to their community as I have. There are many quotes that I live by but the two that apply the most to my journey of life are
