Every day is Library Day Mission:

The mission of the Forest Hill High School Library Media Center is to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment that enhances and extends students' educational experiences. The librarian is dedicated to promoting a love of reading and supporting scholars and teachers in proficiently utilizing digital resources and tools. This enables them to confidently inquire, engage, collaborate, explore, and research information while developing lifelong learning abilities and 21st-century skills that will help them thrive in an ever-changing global society.

What We Have to Offer:   New arrivals

We are in the process of updating our book collection. Currently, we have close to 3,000 up-to-date books.  Students may check out up to three books at a time for two weeks. Reference books may be checked out overnight.  Our library was recently remodeled, so we now have a comfortable seating area where scholars sit quietly and read or talk with friends. We also have work tables for scholars to use to complete work.  There are 10 desktop computers in the library for scholars to use as needed.  Each computer has access to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Insignia Card Catalog, Magnolia, and the Internet.
